Easy online booking the night before with descriptive options and estimated times of each service and price of add ons! I really appreciated the transparency and fair pricing. First let me say, the entire experience from start to finish was very professional and spa like. You really feel pampered and care for! The girls are so sweet and nice ano make you feel welcomed. didn't know what top coat wanted and she sampled four colors without making me feel bad about it. They really put in the care and make sure you leave loving your nails! I would a hundred times over recommend this place to anyone looking for an elevated nail salon! Ps. loved the complimentary champagne and sweet treats!

I love Look at Me Russian Manicure! All the staff is so friendly, and they are true artisans in the work that they do. They really care about your satisfaction. I love all the nail techs, Saiora, Angel, all of them are so kind. I'm glad that they opened a spot in the Mission. With a professional manager in charge, Maya♥️, I would never go back to my previous manicure spot. Totally in love with 💅

i went back for a new set for a russian hard gel manicure and this time i had technician zarina. i appreciated her attention to detail when filing off the previous gel and how meticulous she was at making sure the cuticle area was very clean. it way my first time doing a cat eye design and she even had me choose how intense i wanted the glitter to be and i chose the most glittery effect. i noticed that my nails did not grow as fast as they normally do with a regular gel manicure and my set lasts for 4-5 weeks with no chipping and may have to do with the technique of a russian manicure. such a great experience and will continue to come back to this salon!

I was a walk in and it was my first time here so I didn’t really have any expectations. I feel like for the price they could’ve done a better job on my fingernails but the place was clean and I liked that the workers had their kids there. I’m always a fan when people can bring their kids to work. Update: they reached out and were super understanding and professional. Things happen, but they’re super gracious about it. If I’m ever in town again I’ll give them another visit. Updating to 5 stars just for customer service
